In order to boost career page visits of one of the top IT employers in Lithuania - Hostinger - we’ve launched a one-day creative and effective Programmers’ Day employer branding campaign.
Goals
- Raise Hostinger employer awareness.
- Boost Hostinger career page visits.
Implementation
The campaign consisted of one billboard near Hostinger's office in Kaunas, one paid article with a very honest headline in the largest Lithuanian business portal Verslo Žinios, and one social media post on a satirical Facebook page Valstybinis Tautos Frontas. That’s it.
